The fully automatic 200L/1000L lid-unscrewing, filling, and lid-screwing integrated system developed by LONGTEC is suitable for the automatic filling of flowable chemical liquids such as resin, solvent, emulsion, additive, adhesive, chemical formulation, cutting fluid, and lubricating oil.

The lid-unscrewing, filling and lid-screwing processes are completed at a single station, which greatly reduces the equipment footprint and helps customers deploy more smart manufacturing equipment within limited space.

Multiple models are available: single-drum station type and four-drum pallet station type

Single-drum station type: performs lid unscrewing, filling, and lid screwing for 200L steel drums

Four-drum pallet station type: performs lid unscrewing, filling, and lid screwing for four 200L drums on a pallet sequentially, or for a single IBC container

Compatible with various drum types: 200L steel drum, 200L plastic drum, and IBC container, with customization available based on user requirements

The vision system locates the bunghole, working with servo modules for precise control. The high-precision weighing system works in coordination with the PLC control system to ensure accurate filling
