The base covers an area of 350 acres, with a total construction area of 140000 square meters and a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan. It can achieve an annual production capacity of 300000 tons of industrial coatings and related chemical raw materials. The project will be constructed in two phases, with the first phase covering an area of approximately 106 acres and a building area of 22369.15 square meters.
