01 Intelligent control helps increase production capacity

Combining the production characteristics of dry powder mortar, LONGTEC has established functions such as formula management, production scheduling, intelligent weighing, and mixing control to effectively improve product production efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and lower enterprise costs while ensuring safe operation.

02 Continuous level measurement of powder silo

There are a total of 66 large, medium, and small silos on site, equipped with long land level gauges, which can effectively solve problems such as inaccurate level measurement and provide timely feedback on the current situation of the silos.

03Simultaneous weighing in multiple warehouses

Using LONGTEC's independently developed weighing sensors, different measuring scales are used for materials with different range accuracies, while production control is carried out to maximize production efficiency while ensuring ingredient accuracy.

This project connects multiple key node control systems, including feeding, conveying, batching, drying, and packaging, and collects real-time production data and effectively integrates it into the central control room.

By connecting various departmental subsystems and their corresponding information and data flows through data connections, data resources are shared, and coordination and cooperation between departments are promoted, effectively ensuring the production quality of products and improving production efficiency and benefits.

With close cooperation between LONGTEC and the client, the trial production of the project went smoothly and was successfully accepted. At the end of 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony of Audi Meizhuhai Xiangbang Environmental Protection Building Materials Smart Factory was grandly held in Hongqi Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, the hub of the Greater Bay Area.

Under the background of Industry 4.0 and the policy guidance of sustainable development, Zhuhai Xiangbang Smart Factory has achieved automation, digitization, and intelligent management of the entire production process, making production smarter, more efficient, precise, and safer.
