On December 30, 2022, the certification meeting for the joint training base of Hefei LONGTEC and Hefei University of Technology for graduate students was held at the Feixi Tongguo Xiushui International Hotel. Before the meeting began, leaders and experts from the Education Department, research institutions, enterprises, and Hefei University of Technology of Anhui Province visited the LONGTEC Industrial Park in Hefei for on-site inspection.
Huang Fei, Deputy Director of the Degree Management Office and Director of the Professional Degree Education Office at the Graduate School of Hefei University of Technology, presided over the meeting and stated that the construction of the joint training base between LONGTEC Company and Hefei University of Technology's graduate students will actively promote further exchanges and cooperation between the two sides in talent cultivation, project application, scientific and technological innovation, and other fields. The expert group, represented by Li Guiming, head of the Graduate Department of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Hefei Institute of Physical Sciences, inquired and discussed the key issues of the base construction, and put forward valuable suggestions for later construction. The expert group stated that the joint training base for graduate students should be project led, forming a close cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises; At the same time, targeted research directions should be developed for students, intellectual property rights should be shared, research results should be effectively implemented, research and development costs should be reduced, and technological innovation should be promoted.
At the end of the meeting, the expert group believed that establishing a joint training base for graduate students in the field of instrumentation and instrumentation is conducive to enhancing their innovative and practical abilities, and is necessary. The construction plan of the LONGTEC Industrial Graduate Joint Training Base meets the requirements of the management measures. It was unanimously agreed to establish a joint training base for graduate students at Hefei University of Technology in LONGTEC Industrial, and suggested that both parties should promote the construction and operation of the base as soon as possible, and implement relevant matters for joint training of graduate students.
